Watching a dealer reclaim their afternoon because we got the integration right is the feeling I chase, product after product.

In 2019, I co-led a humanitarian project in eastern Sri Lanka, managing LKR 100 million to build 35 permanent homes for 140 people displaced by decades of conflict. It taught me more about stakeholder management and real impact than most product roles can.
